The Greater Bay Area Arbitration Seminar is a series of thematic seminars initiated by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and is one of the permanent sub-forums of the South China Business & Law Forum.
On October 27, 2023, the "Enterprise Commercial Dispute Resolution Practice Forum and SCIA Greater Bay Area Arbitration Seminar", jointly launched by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and Wolters Kluwer, was held at the International Conference Hall on the SCIA Tower in Qianhai, Shenzhen.
The Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, the South China International Arbitration Centre (HK) and the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong SAR co-hosted a seminar on the Arrangement Concerning Mutual Assistance in Court-Ordered Interim Measures in Aid of Arbitral Proceedings by the Courts of the Mainland and of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
