Inaugurated on 1 November 2021, the China (Shenzhen) Securities and Futures Arbitration Center is a specialized branch of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).
Since its establishment in 1983, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration ("SCIA") has handled a large number of intellectual property dispute cases.
Based on the previous work of South China (Qianhai) Maritime and Logistics Arbitration Center since 2015, SCIA set up the SCIA Maritime Arbitration Centre (SCIAMAC) in 2021 as its professional branch.
Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration Jiangmen Center (Jiangmen Arbitration Commission) is an innovative regional arbitration platform and a collaborative effort between SCIA and Jiangmen Municipal People's Government.
