Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to Negotiation Facilitation Center of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (the SCIA) for negotiation facilitation.
File an application for negotiation facilitation (the SCIA Negotiation Facilitation Center shall get the written consent from other parties if one party files for negotiation promotion alone); File the Application for Negotiation Facilitation; Submit relevant case materials; Pay negotiation fees in advance.
