On October 27, 2023, the "Enterprise Commercial Dispute Resolution Practice Forum and SCIA Greater Bay Area Arbitration Seminar", jointly launched by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and Wolters Kluwer, was held at the International Conference Hall on the SCIA Tower in Qianhai, Shenzhen.

Huang Guoyong, Director of the International Cooperation and Development Department of the SCIA and Director of the SCIA Jiangmen, Deng Feng, Professor at Peking University Law School and Arbitrator of the SCIA, Zhang Cunyuan, Head (China) of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and Chief Representative of SIAC's Shanghai Representative Office, Li Lan, Senior Partner at  Jincheng Tongda & Neal (JT&N), and Look-Chan Ho, Barrister at Des Voeux Chambers (DVC), delivered keynote speeches on various aspects of cross-border commercial dispute resolution to more than 60 professionals working in corporate legal and related departments from different industries such as financial services, e-commerce, manufacturing and technology services.

Zhang Cunyuan, Head (China) of Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and Chief Representative of SIAC's Shanghai Representative Office, shared "Practical Approaches to International Arbitration Evidence Disclosure and Case Studies".

Li Lan, Senior Partner at Jincheng Tongda & Neal (JT&N), delivered "Key Points for Risk Prevention in Foreign-related Contracts".

Look-Chan Ho, Barrister at Des Voeux Chambers ("DVC"), discussed "Asset Preservation and Judgment Enforcement in Disputes Across Jurisdictions".
