The Greater Bay Area Arbitration Seminar is a series of thematic seminars initiated by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and is one of the permanent sub-forums of the South China Business & Law Forum. It aims to focus on the hot and challenging issues in cross-border dispute resolutions in the Greater Bay Area, inviting domestic and overseas international arbitration experts to share their insights. Considering the uniqueness of the Greater Bay Area with its "one country, two systems, three jurisdictions", the seminar provides valuable guidance on cross-border dispute resolution practices, aiming to promote the integration and convergence of cross-border dispute resolution mechanisms in the Greater Bay Area and contribute to the development of a market-oriented, rule-of-law-based, and internationalized business environment in the Greater Bay Area.
