Anniversary events add to celebrations all around city
The festive atmosphere in Zhuhai includes several notable events to celebrate National Day and the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
At the top of the list are main venues across the old downtown areas -- Fireworks Display at 8 pm on Tuesday, Oct 1 at Gongbei Bay; Jao Tsung-I Art Classics Exhibition at the Gu Yuan Museum of Art continuing through Oct 7, and thematic activities at New Yuanming Palace off Central Jiuzhou Avenue.
