In 2024, amid an industry downturn, he developed a low‑cost alternative solution, saving over 30 million yuan ($4.25 million) annually. By 2025, he had grown into a key project leader, efficiently organizing a major furnace overhaul to ensure swift production recovery.

Following six months of rotation training in 2022, Du Jinhao quickly matured in his role.
