Ruan Ying, chairman of Jinchuan Group, met with Michiel Hovers, global sales and marketing officer at BHP Group, on September 2 to discuss issues such as non-ferrous metal supply and trade cooperation.
Jinchaun General Manager Li Shangyong and Hovers also discussed emerging opportunities for long-term and stable cooperation in various fields.

Ruan warmly welcomed Hovers and his delegation and noted that Jinchuan and BHP have a long history of friendly cooperation, which has produced results in areas such as technology, resources and trade down the decades. Ruan said he hoped that, through their meeting, both sides could learn from each other's successes and advanced practices in business management, strengthen communication, and further enhance friendly exchanges and practical cooperation in more dimensions. Ruan added that Jinchuan aims to consolidate and deepen the relationship with BHP, ensuring that a series of cooperative plans materialize for mutual benefit.
