A large number of advanced individuals emerged.

A total of 10 employees - Liu Weilin (from No.3 Mine), Yang Yong (from the Nickel Smelter), Song Xiaohu (from the Jinchuan Copper Precious Metals Co., Ltd.), Liu Wannian (from Guangxi Jinchuan Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd.), Han Hecheng (from the Jinchuan Group Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd.), Ma Jun (from Indonesia Jinchuan PT. Wanatiara Persada), Wang Xiaohua (from Jinchuan Niedu Industrial Co., Ltd.), Zhang Guoyong (from Jinchuan Group Nickel Salts Co., Ltd.), Wang Yanfeng (from Jinchuan Group Precision Copper Products Co., Ltd.), and He Xin (from the Project Supervision and Consulting Company) - were awarded the Model Worker of Jinchuan Group for the year 2023.
At the same time, four employees - Zhang Yan (from the Jinchuan Copper Precious Metals Co., Ltd.), Zhang Jing (from the Lanzhou Jinchuan Technology Park Co., Ltd.), Zong Hongxing (from the Jinchuan Nickel-Cobalt Research and Design Institute), and Wang Shizhuo (from Jinchuan Niedu Industrial Co., Ltd.) - were recognized as Technological Hero for the year 2023.
The title of Outstanding Engineer was awarded to ten people, namely, Long Weiguo (from Longshou Mine), Zhang Dongyong (from the No.2 Mine), Ding Liangzhong (from the Mineral Processing Plant), Yan Ganggang (from the Nickel Smelter), Zhao Fusheng (Jinchuan Copper Precious Metals Co., Ltd.), Jiang Xiaofeng (from the Lanzhou Jinchuan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.), Ma Qian (from the Lanzhou Jinchuan Technology Park Co., Ltd.), Zhang Wenxue (from the Jinchuan Group Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd.), Lai Youshou (from Guangxi Jinchuan Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd.), and Sun Wulin (from Jinchuan Group Precision Copper Products Co., Ltd.).
