Thanks to the establishment of a green channel for high-tech talent to enter the enterprise, in recent years, Jinchuan Group has introduced a total of 5,490 professionals in various such fields as mining, metallurgy, and marketing trade.
In May 2023, at the 16th National High-Skill Talent Commendation Conference held in Beijing, Pan Congming, an employee of Jinchuan Group's Copper Company, was awarded the China Skills Award, while Chai Guoliang, an employee of Jinchuan Group Nickel Smelter, received the honorary title of "National Technical Expert".
The model worker studios, named after such outstanding craftsmen as Pan Congming, Chai Guoliang, and Yang Bingsong, adhere to a problem-oriented approach, and are the cradle of talent cultivation in Jinchuan Group and provide strong support for the company's development.
In addition to continuously introducing young talents to the company, Jinchuan Group fully utilizes internet technology to coordinate and integrate training resources. In 2023, a total of 45,000 individuals received training throughout the year, with over 200 training courses offered. Additionally, there were more than 20,000 participants in continuing education training programs.
