In 2021, the "5G+ 50,000-ton Copper Concentrate Warehouse Intelligent Batching System" of Jinchuan Group Copper Co., Ltd. carried out the unmanned driving transformation of its belt discharge truck, and utilized functions such as three-dimensional scanning and imaging of the stockpile, anti-swing technology, and automatic positioning to achieve unmanned and intelligent operations for unloading, dumping, and loading in the concentrate warehouse.
In 2022, the Nickel Smelter integrated the dispatching room and central control room into a single production command center, and built a Flash Smelting Intelligent Control Center, making the production command and emergency remote control of various systems more effective, safe, and reliable.
In 2023, the beneficiation plant was further upgraded and established unmanned reagent supply and distribution centers to achieve fully dynamic intelligent control over the entire process.
The labor productivity rate increased by 89% compared to the end of the "13th Five-Year Plan" period (2016-20).
