Longshou Mine, cooperating with Beijing Soly Technology Co., Ltd. and China Telecom Jinchang Branch, has undergone a transformation and upgrade from Wi-Fi to 5G, achieving the world's first case of unmanned driving of electric locomotive based on 5G wireless communication at the 1703 level of the earth's surface in a mining site.
Up to now, it has completed unmanned driving of 5G+ electric locomotive in the 1340 and 1100 middle sections underground, 5G+ unmanned flipping and transportation of gravel at the 1703 level of the earth's surface. By the end of this year, it will achieve unmanned driving of 5G+ electric locomotive in the newly built transportation system in the 980 middle section and Xie'er 1220 middle section, realizing the fully automated operation and intelligent management of the track transport system.
After the implementation of the project, the work site has achieved unmanned operation, meeting the safety requirement of " Always safe, even without an operator ". The operators have been transferred from the underground site to the surface control room, fundamentally eliminating safety hazards for on-site personnel, effectively improving production efficiency and the working environment for employees, and achieving significant economic and social benefits.

Jinchuan Group Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd. is one of the first 64 pilot units in the country for the construction of "Industrial Internet + Safety Production of Hazardous Chemical ".
In recent years, the company has implemented the construction of the "Internet+ Safety Production Intelligent Early Warning and Supervision Platform", which has been currently put in trial operation. The project integrates isolated information based on the existing DCS, GDS, access control system, video surveillance, and fire alarm systems. It is interconnected with personnel positioning, equipment inspection, video AI analysis, 5G+ intelligent explosion-proof inspection robots, and real-time alarm systems for liquid chlorine tank trucks. It can display the control of major hazards on-site, real-time conditions of on-site personnel, equipment operation, and emergency preparedness. The application of intelligent safety control technology in hazardous chemical enterprises can enhance real-time perception, remote control, efficient operation, and emergency response capabilities throughout the entire process of safety production.
