“Jinchuan Machinery” makes debut on the global stage
On Aug 6, 2023, the first batch of nine 30-ton mining trucks from "Jinchuan Machinery" brand, custom-made for Dalnevostochnaya Gornorudnaya Kompaniya LLC in Russia, was successfully delivered.
The 30-ton mining truck is a new product in the Jinchuan Machinery series of underground trackless equipment, which started development and manufacturing in 2022. Each truck is priced at over 3 million yuan (about $420,000). This new truck is custom-made according to the personalized needs of the customers, highlighting the characteristics of safety, stability, intelligence, and environmental protection, representing the confidence of "Jinchuan Machinery" brand in the global market for underground trackless equipment.
This year, the business representative of Germany's company visited Nickel-Metropolis Industrial Company again. He was impressed by the transformation of the former outdated production line into a new plant covering millions of square meters, complete equipment manufacturing production lines, and associated technical research and development centers, heavy equipment manufacturing companies, and machining centers.
In recent years, nearly 100 units of underground non-track equipment, including shovel loaders, mine trucks, and engineering service vehicles, has been exported to more than 20 countries such as Russia, Mongolia, Central Asia, South Africa, Congo, Australia, and Mexico. The annual export sales amount has reached around 40 million yuan. The annual export volume of high-end phosphor copper products and high-precision copper strips has increased to 1,500 tons this year. About 80% of mining tools are exported to over 10 countries including South America, Australia, India, and Russia. Foreign metallurgical furnace and kiln engineering projects and production services are mainly conducted in Africa, Indonesia, India, and other countries, with an annual income of over 100 million yuan.
