This year, Jinchuan Group has launched leisure activities for its model workers, craftsmen, and advanced employees, in a bid to further improve staff's happiness and sense of belonging. As of now, over 360 employees have been benefited from the activities.

"The moment I put on my backpack and got on the train, I felt relaxed and was temporarily relieved from the pressure of work," said Guo Feng, one of the first batch of staff to enjoy the five-day leisure trip.

This year, the leisure activities are expected to continue until October, and will benefit more than 1,400 employees.
The implementation of the leisure activities highlights Jinchuan Group’s development concept of people foremost. It is also an important measure to enhance the sense of belonging, achievement, and fulfillment of its employees. Going forward, the company will continue to provide staff with high-quality entertaining activities, enabling them to enjoy their time outside of work.
