Raw coal controlling to achieve carbon reduction
Jinchuan Group Thermal Power Company has improved its coal blending model. Through measures such as adjusting blending ratios, conducting operational analysis, and controlling indicators, it has studied and improved the blending ratio of economic coal types to improve the economic efficiency of raw coal blending and ensure the maximum thermal efficiency of coal combustion.
"Through a series of energy-saving and emission reduction measures, the main energy consumption indicators of Thermal Power Company have significantly decreased, "said Dong Chao, the manager of the safety guarantee department of the company.
At the same time, the company has also explored a new path of recycling and turning "waste" into usable resources. Focusing on issues such as waste steam recovery and utilization, waste heat cascade utilization, wastewater reduction and utilization, and steam pipeline management, it has carried out technical researches and completed a series of projects, saving over 2,000 tons of standard coal, 3,000 tons of steam and 150,000 tons of raw water annually.
