The intelligent inspection robot is equipped with data collection devices such as a visible light camera and an infrared thermal imager. It can diagnose the operation status of electrical equipment without the need for on-site personnel and transmit data to the backend management system in real time.
Through information-based management, operators can remotely monitor the operating data of the equipment at any time. The data is real-time, objective, and reliable, and can be used for subsequent analysis and tracing.
The intelligent inspection robot can realize over 90% of inspection work at 56 inspection sites and 392 inspection projects in the main control high voltage room. Compared with the past, the working hours have been reduced by nearly 40%, greatly improving inspection efficiency and ensuring inspection quality.

The intelligent inspection robot has currently entered the debugging stage and is being prepared for official implementation.
Once it is deployed, it will adopt a human-machine collaboration mode, which will enable the realization of continuous operation, reducing the labor intensity of the workers and errors caused by human factors.
