On July 5, Wang Yongqian, Party secretary of the CPC Jinchuan Group committee and chairman of Jinchuan Group, met with Saleh Khabti, deputy minister of Investment of Saudi Arabia, in Lanzhou.

There is vast potential for cooperation between the two sides in the field of mineral resource development. The Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia is willing to collaborate with Jinchuan Group in multiple areas, leveraging each other's strengths to create a new development situation with mutual benefits.

Wang Yongqian introduced the business background, global industrial layout, and development goals of Jinchuan Group during the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25) to Saleh Khabti.
He pointed out that China and Saudi Arabia signed the implementation plan for the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and Vision 2030, which is an important development opportunity for Jinchuan Group. Jinchuan has been committed to building a world-class enterprise and adheres to the principles of mutual respect, mutual trust and mutual benefit in foreign cooperation. He hopes that both sides will strengthen exchanges and promote cooperation to a new level.
