On June 1, Li Shangyong, general manager and deputy Party secretary of the CPC Jinchuan Group committee visited Yongchang county to conduct on-site research on the progress of the construction of agricultural and animal husbandry industry and livelihood projects.
In Yongchang county, Li Shangyong learned about the living conditions of the children and the difficulties faced by the families. He urged relevant units of Jinchuan Group to pay more attention to local people's lives and provide them better living conditions.

On site at the Jiaojiazhuang wetland in Yongchang county, Li listened to the relevant wetland construction and management work. He highlighted that as a State-owned enterprise, Jinchuan plays a leading role in fulfilling social responsibilities. It will continue to work with Yongchang county to safeguard the ecological security boundary of the wetlands, and to carry out water conservation, forest construction and water quality monitoring work. On the basis of prioritizing ecological protection, efforts will be made to develop an ecological economy and build a beautiful countryside for the local residents.

At the Maobula Sheep Fattening Base, Li pointed out that scientific breeding is an important direction for the development of modern animal husbandry. Relevant units will learn from new ideas and experiences, explore new methods, create lamb brands that are recognized by the market and have considerable regional influence, to achieve effective integration of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, and help the high-quality development of Jinchuan's sheep industry.
