On Mar 3, the special vocational training sessions of "Jinchuan's fresh impetus" for young talents were held in the Staff Training Center of Jinchuan Group, seeing the participation of over 260 members of staff.

Since the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020), Jinchuan Group has implemented its talents introduction project, recruiting 6,886 new employees between 2018 and 2022. In accordance with the training requirements of the company for young employees, the Human Resources Department and the Staff Training Center launched the special vocational training sessions of "Jinchuan's fresh impetus", in a bid to provide strong talent support for the company's high-quality development.

This youth talent training set up six modules, including political literacy, vocational literacy, general management, innovative practice, compliance management, risk prevention and control, and safety management. It further clarifies the basic qualities that young talents should have in terms of ideals, patriotism, and comprehensive qualities.
