On Jan 11, Wang Yongqian, party secretary of the CPC Jinchuan Group committee and chairman of Jinchuan Group, visited the production sites of Jinchuan Group Nickel Salt Co., Ltd. and Jinchuan Group Wire and Cable Co., Ltd. to carry out a comprehensive safety inspection before Chinese New Year.

The 100,000 t/a nickel sulfate solution upgrading project for the power batteries of Jinchuan Group Nickel Salt includes the purification and impurity removal production line, the lixiviation production line and the acid water neutralization production line. It is a typical industrial chain collaborative development project that adopts the domestic leading two-stage combined impurity removal process and two-stage countercurrent continuous lixiviating process.
On site, Wang Yongqian carefully checked the production and construction environment. He stressed that the company should pay close attention to key production sections, recognize and rectify any potential dangers, and ensure safe and stable production. Project construction should be carried out according to the overall plan, and personnel allocation should be carefully arranged, especially for new projects with sophisticated processes. While ensuring safety on production sites, the company should organize production flexibly, summarize production and operation experience, improve its market-oriented operation mechanism, and strive to reduce costs and risks.
