Recently, the electrolyzer voltage online monitoring system independently developed by the digital intelligence management department of the Jinchuan Group Digital Center was officially put into use in the third nickel electrolysis workshop, realizing real-time online monitoring of electrolyser voltage, adjusting process indicators in time, and reducing the labor intensity of operations. This system has filled the gap in the application of "Jinchuan Digital Intelligence" products in such scenarios.

The system is composed of an electrolytic voltage collector, a wireless receiving and processing controller and a data integration analysis platform. It adopts innovative technologies, such as "shared power supply", "dual signal isolation" and "integrated wireless data transmission", which greatly reduce the installation cost and cable laying, improve the application effect of the instrument in high temperatures, as well as in humid and corrosive environments, reduces the difficulty of construction and maintenance, and makes the application of the instrument more convenient and reliable.
When planning and designing the electrolyzer voltage online monitoring system, the Jinchuan Group Digital Center fully considered the complexity of the on-site environment for nickel electrolysis, and adhered to the design concept of being "practical, accurate and reliable". Through continuous optimization, improvements and on-site testing, it solved a series of technical problems, such as signal acquisition, anti-corrosion treatment and wireless communication, and developed new "special" instrument products in the non-ferrous metallurgy industry. The products have been widely used in 216 electrolyzer of nickel electrolysis, creating favorable conditions for the next step of the intelligent construction of electrolyzers.
