Batik is one of three ancient Chinese printing techniques. Batik of the Miao ethnic group is one of traditional Chinese craftsmanship, and is an inherited technique of the Miao people in Guizhou province's Danzhai county, Zhijin county, and Anshun that is passed down from generation to generation. It was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage on May 20, 2006.
