Guizhou primary students learn batik skills

On May 9, Chen Yingjing, a national batik inheritor, taught students how to make batik at Tieshi Primary School, Qianxi county, Bijie, Southwest China's Guizhou province.

In order to better protect and pass on the traditional folk art, the school has introduced batik skills into a class this year, which not only enables students to learn more about folk culture, but also promotes the development of batik culture.
