Night talent market kicked off in NETDA

The Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area held a talent night market event on July 19.

The market attracted 20 companies including Tongwei Solar, which offered 637 jobs, including a wide range of high-quality jobs for young talent.

One corner of the market featured a mobile employment service station. Addressing the employment concerns of young talent, service officers provided detailed answers on employment and entrepreneurship policies, talent policies, and social security policies.

Moving forward, the local human resources and social security bureau will continue to improve the recruitment model of the talent night market, creating a more diverse and efficient recruitment platform.

Leveraging the popularity of the night market, they aim to attract more attention to employment services, make policy promotion more accessible, provide better services for young talent in entrepreneurship and employment, promote mutual exchange between talent and the city, and attract and encourage more young talent to work and thrive in the area.
