The cool mats manufactured by Jiangsu Gold Sun Textile Technology Co Ltd were chosen by an e-commerce platform to be distributed to volunteers for the Paris Olympics, which kicked off on July 27.

Gaining immense popularity in France, the mats were newly launched for production and sales at the beginning of spring. The company has already received an order for 40,000 units through the e-commerce platform.

"This cool mat incorporates nano-level jade powder into synthetic fibers, which are then woven together with other fibers to create a unique fabric. This produces a mat with a natural cooling sensation that doesn't attract hair and offers a soft and comfortable experience," explained Yuan Hongxing, the executive director of the company.

Located in Tongzhou district in Nantong, Jiangsu province, Gold Sun specializes in home textile fabrics and operates as a conglomerate integrating research, development, sales, and services for home textile accessories.

By focusing on design and research, the company has solidified its core competitiveness, introducing over 10 new product categories and around 2000 patterns each year, establishing itself as a hub for home textile research and design.
