Xinghua city – administered by Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province – is set to create a first-class business environment and promote the high-quality development of its industrial economy.
Since the start of the year, it's launched a three-year action plan to optimize the business ecosystem, which aims to build a close and clear political and business relationship between the municipal government and enterprises to serve the high-quality development of the industrial economy.
Moreover, the local government has gone all out to provide full assistance and attentive services to help businesses settle in the city.
The city has established a "one-window" service to streamline administrative approvals for enterprises in 21 industries – including bookstores and restaurants – serving 286 business entities.
The government has also organized visits to local enterprises to popularize policies and offer services on site.
Xinghua has also stressed the rule of law to ensure a fair market and has used professionals to strengthen the protection of corporate intellectual property rights.
In order to provide precision services, to guide enterprises to reduce the risk of illegal activities, the municipal market regulation department has established a service system dedicated to the city's catering sector.
Each member of staff in the system is linked to serve at least one enterprise, responding to their demands at any time and solving their development problems.
