The Zhiguang technology service industry cluster in the Taixing High-tech Zone of Taixing, in Taizhou city, East China's Jiangsu province, was recently honored as a provincial demonstration area for the promotion of the modern service industry.
The cluster has in recent years been focused on promoting industrial transformation and technology innovation. It has also adopted an operation mechanism that takes the zone as the lead and involves the participation of social capital and renowned brands to promote market-oriented operation.

Since its establishment, the cluster has incubated a host of companies and attracted more than 10 high-tech research and development entities, 20 high-tech projects and 19 talent groups related to innovation and entrepreneurship.
During the 14th Five-Year period (2021-25), Jiangsu province is aiming to cultivate 300 modern service industry high-quality development cluster demonstration areas, 300 leading companies that help with the high-quality development of the modern service industry, and 100 models for the integration of the modern manufacturing and service industries.
