Yiwu in Zhejiang province has recorded more than 100 million customs declaration lists for cross-border e-commerce bonded retail imports this year, reaching the milestone more than 40 days earlier than in 2025.
The figure, confirmed by Yiwu Customs, marks a record high for the period, with Yiwu maintaining its leading position nationwide in this business segment.
Meanwhile, warehouses at Yiwu Comprehensive Bonded Zone are preparing for the upcoming Singles Day online shopping festival on Nov 11, with businesses stocking goods and preparing livestreaming promotions.
Yiwu Comprehensive Bonded Zone and Yiwu Bonded Logistics Center serve as major hubs for cross-border e-commerce imports, bringing together more than 130 companies.
Imported products include food, cosmetics, infant formula, and toys, covering more than 70,000 product varieties sourced from over 90 countries and regions.
According to Yiwu Customs, the value of cross-border e-commerce imports reached 23.78 billion yuan ($3.56 billion) in the first three quarters of 2026, up 28.18 percent year-on-year.
Yiwu Customs plans to further improve its supervision procedures to accommodate increasingly diverse imported products.
