The Huangshan plant of Dongfeng Iseki, an agricultural equipment manufacturer, commenced operations in Tunxi district on Oct 28, and the plant's first tractor rolled off the production line.

The plant, covering a total area of 150 mu (10 hectares), possesses an annual production capacity of 5,000 tractors for complete vehicle manufacturing.
Adhering to green and low-carbon principles, the plant has been integrated into a photovoltaic power generation system, setting a benchmark for low-carbon manufacturing.

The plant will drive the transformation of the agricultural machinery sector, from the manufacturing of core components to the research and development of high-end complete vehicles, accelerating the application of new energy and intelligent technologies.
Additionally, it will consolidate resources from the industrial chain to build a comprehensive industrial ecosystem.
The establishment of the plant represents a significant achievement in Tunxi's fund-driven investment model. It will drive the cluster-based development of local high-end equipment manufacturing, boost employment, and enhance the regional economy.
