A delegation of 27 companies from Huangshan achieved remarkable success at the 137th Canton Fair, which concluded on May 5. The participating enterprises saw over 1,500 client visits and 130 potential buyers, securing intended orders exceeding $10 million.
Held in three phases focusing on "Advanced Manufacturing", "Quality Home Living" and "A Better Life," this year's fair combined online and offline platforms while upgrading its trade-matching system.
Huangshan companies participated in a number of industry forums, including one on home furnishing exports, to explore overseas opportunities and share best practices.
"Unlike previous years, Indian buyers showed particular interest in detailed market discussions this time," said a representative of Huangshan Ruiyuan Technology.
Many exhibitors noted increased interest from Belt and Road countries and South America, viewing the fair as a prime platform for global expansion.
The strong performance highlights Huangshan's growing presence in international trade and its ability to connect with diverse markets.
