Huangshan city hosted a vibrant cultural and tourism promotion event in Vienna on April 24, inviting Austrian travelers and investors to explore its breathtaking landscapes and rich heritage. The gathering attracted nearly 100 attendees, including Austrian tourism executives, Chinese business representatives, and international media.
Ye Jianqiang, member of the CPC Huangshan Municipal Committee, head of the publicity department of the CPC Huangshan Municipal Committee, and deputy director of the Huangshan Scenic Area Administration, delivered a speech emphasizing the shared values between Huangshan and Vienna.
"Though thousands of miles apart, we are connected by our mutual appreciation for civilization, ecological conservation, and artistic excellence," Ye said, extending an open invitation to experience Huangshan's beauty and China's dynamic development.
Dr Adam Lambert, marketing director of Austria International Travel Agency, highlighted China's growing appeal to Austrian tourists, citing visa-free policies and unparalleled natural scenery. "This event marks the beginning of closer cooperation in creating premium travel experiences that showcase Huangshan's unique cultural and natural wonders," he said.
The event featured immersive presentations on Huangshan's iconic landscapes, Huizhou specialties, and world-renowned Qimen black tea, complemented by a captivating tourism video. Austrian Sociologist David Robner and Travel Influencer Susanne shared their experiences exploring China's wonders.
