On July 26, nearly 50 tourists embarked on a refreshing three-day summer getaway to Huangshan via the high-speed train from Shanghai to Anhui. The train ride was enhanced by beautifully decorated interiors, featuring thematic window displays and posters showcasing Huangshan's stunning scenery, providing passengers with a delightful atmosphere.
As the train entered Anhui, locals organized engaging promotional activities. Guests were treated to performances of Huangmei opera, demonstrations of intangible cultural heritage, local food tastings, and interactive poetry sessions, immersing them in the region's rich history and culture.
Upon arrival at Huangshan West Railway Station, local tourism officials warmly welcomed the group, emphasizing the importance of the new high-speed rail service for tourism growth. In a bid to attract more visitors, Huangshan has launched a "Half-Price High-Speed Rail Ticket" promotion, alongside themed tours like the “Two Mountains and One Lake", including Huangshan Mountain, Jiuhuashan Mountain and Taiping Lake.
