Covering an area of 8,000 square meters, the station has a gate-like structure symbolizing the "Southern Gateway" of Anhui province.
Inside the station, a charming blend of traditional and modern elements awaits. The courtyard scene captures the essence of Huizhou-style architecture from the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) dynasties with gray small blue bricks and window grid shapes. Huizhou is the ancient name of Huangshan city.

Furthermore, tea enthusiasts will be delighted by the incorporation of tea-themed elements throughout the station. The white terrazzo floor, adorned with tea-shaped mosaic tiles, and the waiting hall's unique arc-shaped layered ceiling, combined with tea-colored light troughs, recreate the scene of tea terraces in the county.
Travelers will soon be able to hop on the high-speed train and experience the charm of Qimen South Station, a gateway to the beautiful landscapes and tea culture of Anhui province. Get ready to add this new destination to your travel list!
