Huangshan city in Anhui province has been ramping up efforts to provide smart cultural and tourism services to make the trip to Huangshan Mountain Scenic Area more convenient for tourists.
Before going to Huangshan Mountain, tourists can access one-stop, convenient and efficient services by launching the official platform of Huangshan Tourism, which provides ticket reservations, hotel booking, a travel guide and many other functions.
The platform has over 60,000 daily visits and can control reservations in real time for the current day or following day.
During the trip, the facial recognition system allows visitors to enter the scenic spot quickly. What's more, visitors can enter the scenic spot for free for three more days as the system has already scanned their faces at their first entrance.
When visitors leave Huangshan Mountain, they can buy digital products online. The scenic spot launched its first digital cultural and creative commemorative tickets in January. To date, a total of eight digital products have been issued with 70,000 copies.
Each digital product has a unique "ID number", allowing visitors to keep a traceable memory of their trip to the stunning scenic area.
Moving forwards, Huangshan plans to further expand the intelligent tourism scenarios, transform and upgrade the digital cultural tourism industry and provide more convenient, high-quality services.
