The Meeting at 2023 CIIE Global Investment Promotion Conference was held on Nov 6 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai.
The conference served as a platform to showcase Minhang district's investment and business environment to international enterprises.

During the event, 38 key projects aligned with Minhang's strategic industrial focus, including 21 projects related to the fields of new generation information technology, biomedicine, and artificial intelligence, were signed.
Chen Huawen, deputy secretary of the CPC Minhang District Committee, emphasized that Minhang offers abundant opportunities for development and through innovation, entrepreneurship and investment will reach new heights of success.
Thanks to the CIIE, Minhang district has established strong connections with numerous enterprises, including nearly 100 global investment partners, and become a key player in global resource allocation, innovative investment strategies, and expanding investment channels.
To further amplify the spillover effect of the expo, the Minhang area of the Shanghai Hongqiao International CBD will utilize the Hongqiao Pinhui Bonded Center to continue displaying CIIE exhibits for 365 days after the expo's conclusion, providing an extended opportunity for investment and business interaction.
