Shandong launches celebration activity for upcoming Spring Festival
As the Spring Festival approaches, East China's Shandong province launched a themed activity on Jan 10, and will last until the annual Lantern Festival, which falls on Feb 15 this year, to celebrate the most important holiday of the year for Chinese people.
The activity started in Jinan, capital city of Shandong, and Tai'an, which is famous for Mount Tai, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a highlight of the "2022 Friendly Shandong Spring Festival Celebrations."
During the event, a wide range of colorful celebration activities featuring distinctive Shandong characteristics will be presented in an effort to liven up the festive atmosphere, enrich the spiritual and cultural life of residents, boost consumption and bolster consumer confidence.
