Qingzhou Painting & Calligraphy Art Industry Park was included on the list of national cultural industry demonstration parks approved by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

National cultural industry demonstration parks can create significant social and economic benefits, as well as play exemplary roles in the development of regional culture and related industries.

Located in Weifang, Shandong province, the Qingzhou Painting & Calligraphy Art Industry Park has experienced gradual development since its inception. It currently consists of an exchange center of 100,000 square meters and an art gallery of 50,000 square meters. 

Qingzhou Painting & Calligraphy Art Industry Park was a priority project of the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-20) of Weifang, as well as a key cultural industry and construction project of Shandong province. It integrates multiple-functions like painting and calligraphy exhibitions, trading auctions, copyright registration, and art education.

The park has been built to bolster Qingzhou's cultural brand of "the hometown of Chinese painting and calligraphy", as well as to promote the innovation and development of the Chinese painting and calligraphy industries.
