Nantong Tongfu Microeletronics is a wholly-owned subsidiary of listed company Tongfu Microelectronics. It is mainly engaged in the packaging and testing of smart chips for consumer products such as mobile phones and industrial products such as security equipment and servers.

It occupies 25.3 hectares, with investment of 8.6 billion yuan to build a modern and intelligent factory. So far, Tongfu has produced over one billion chips to achieve output value exceeding nine billion yuan.

Grown into a multinational semiconductor company, Nantong Tongfu Microeletronics is now in the top two in China's integrated circuit packaging and testing companies and ranks sixth in the global packaging and testing industry.
