As the year comes to a close, the production site of Jiangsu Haosite Automotive Parts in Zhangjiagang is bustling with activity in a final effort to achieve its annual targets.
Automated production lines are operating at high speed in its production workshop, with rows of robotic arms precisely executing tasks such as picking, welding, and assembly.
The factory has put over 300 automated robotic arms into operation, with more than 80 percent of production operations achieving automation. The automation rate of key processes reaches 100 percent, significantly improving production efficiency.
As an innovative enterprise focused on lightweight solutions for new energy vehicles, Haosite began construction in June 2022 with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan ($213.03 million). It primarily provides supporting services for leading new energy vehicle manufacturers such as CATL and BYD.
The company is now able to manufacture complete battery packs, with an annual production capacity of up to 3 million battery pack enclosures. The expected annual output value is projected to reach 480 million yuan.
