Zhangjiagang's lithium battery material industrial cluster has recently been recognized as part of the provincial characteristic industrial cluster list, making it Suzhou's first provincial-level characteristic industrial cluster.
Centered on Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone, this cluster comprises 120 enterprises, including industry-leading enterprises like Huasheng Lithium and Tianqi Lithium. By developing the full industrial chain, it has integrated key segments such as lithium carbonate, electrolyte salt, electrolyte solution, functional additives, and terminal applications.
Furthermore, 185 enterprises were added to the provincial list of specialized and sophisticated "little giant" enterprise list, bringing the city's total to 484, forming a crucial support for high-quality regional economic development.
