The Taizhou food testing institute in Taizhou, East China's Jiangsu province, has offered a raft of services to local food companies.

When the company was in need of large stable test chambers to conduct strong light exposure projects, the institute entered the fray and helped ensure the smooth delivery of the required items by promoting the sharing of instruments among food companies.
The institute has also carried out microbial testing training and instrument testing courses to improve the proficiency of laboratory personnel working in small and micro food companies.
During the Spring Festival, the institute opened a green channel to meet the urgent testing needs of special medical formula food companies. A 24-hour telephone enquiry service was also set up to provide quick response to queries.
