Xinghua – a county level city, administered by Taizhou, in East China's Jiangsu province – is understood to have made every effort to develop a better business ecosystem.
To that end, it has released the Action Plan for Business Environment Optimization of Xinghua City and the Implementation Plan for the "One Thing One Time" Reform of Xinghua City.
The local government has also issued preferential policies to support the development of the organic health food sector in the development zone.
A reform on administrative examinations and approvals is said to have improved the efficiency of project constructions there to a large extent. Major projects can enjoy one-stop and all-process services that are provided by a specialist team and especially-assigned officials. The officials visit the enterprises regularly, to learn about any construction difficulties and arrange meetings to deal with them.
The municipal government also helps enterprises establish close working relations with the banks, recruitment consultants and recruiting institutions and universities to solve any difficulties they have in financing and innovation.
