On its already-developed 60 kilometers of area, the Xinghua Economic Development Zone in Xinghua – a county level city, administered by Taizhou, in East China's Jiangsu province – is now well-equipped with power and heat supplies and has an efficient drainage system and pollution controls.
To promote its public services and upgrade its comprehensive capabilities, the zone is speeding up the construction of five sub-parks. These will develop the catering and emerging industries, productive service and construction industries and small and micro businesses.
