As China ushers in the Spring Festival travel rush, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport has adopted ten measures to offer its passengers a comfortable travel experience.

Robot guides quicken security checks

A group of special guides for security checks is introduced to the airport to help passengers move quickly through them.

These sweet robots are also equipped with storage trays for lighters and other things left behind by careless passengers.

Another update will be given to these robots and so they can cheer up tired passengers, congratulate them on Spring Festival, and chat with them, adding some extra pleasure to their journeys.

Convenient inquiry service is provided

Cleaning staff at the Hongqiao airport wear red volunteer waistcoats as they offer passengers an inquiry service and help them carry luggage at the terminal doors.

Free rental baby strollers are available

Strollers for babies under two can be rented for free at No 2 terminal's No 48 departure gate to ease the burden of parents.

Passengers need only to register with their identity cards and boarding passes if they want to rent a stroller.
