They always carry some chocolates and candies in their pockets to give them out to passengers in need.

One time a passenger suddenly pulled Zhang's arm and said she felt unwell and then passed out. Zhang quickly gave her first aid and straightened her up. After learning that the passenger had not eaten anything in order to catch her train, Zhang took out the chocolate from his pocket.

It's the passenger stewards' hard work that gives thousands of passengers a comfortable and safe trip.
