Take sauna in this cold weather

Tips for sauna:
i) Do not steam immediately after eating or drinking alcohol;

iii) Remove makeup before the sauna and drink regularly during the sauna;
iv) One needs take a rest and then enjoy the sauna if one doesn't feel well during the sauna;
v) 45-60 minutes per each sauna is suggested;
vi) Do not smoke or eat cold food two hours after sauna and do not take a shower four hours after sauna.
