Enterprises that meet any one of the following requirements will enjoy priority on the assignment of the newly launched public apartments:

1. One of the major projects in the main functional zone of Hongqiao CBD;

2. One of the regional or trading headquarters of a multinational corporation recognized by the business department of Hongqiao CBD Administrative Committee;

3. One of the headquarters, regional headquarters or functional headquarters of domestic listed companies or large-scale enterprises;

4. Has more than 50 company staff;

5. Has paid more than 3 million yuan ($676,500) in tax revenue;

6. Small-and-medium-sized enterprises whose staff has made remarkable contributions, and which has encountered housing difficulties.
