Developed by Longfor Properties Co Ltd, one of China's premier companies dealing with property development, investment, and management, Yizhan Space hopes to deliver its concept of "Easy Work, Easy Life" to everyone. The united office covers from the 4th to 6th floor of B Building in the Hongqiao Tianjie commercial complex. Covering an area of 11,000 square meters, it integrates office, shopping and exhibition and other additional services including financial investment, law advisory, management support and salon events.

Yizhan Space features a multimedia meeting hall, a road show hall, a VR experience area, a leisure balcony, a sleeping area, a telephone booth and a bathroom. A gym center, a book bar and an art gallery are under schedule to be constructed.
