Baoye Group was established in 1974 and covers architecture, construction, real estate development, as well as some other industries including tourism, hotels and golf.

Shanghai Baoye Center, developed by Baoye Group, is located in the south core area of the Shanghai Hongqiao Central Business District. It is set as the headquarters of Baoye Group.

The project covers an area of 8,130 square meters, and a total construction area of 25,473 square meters. It will contain delicate bridges and lakes using Shaoxing city in Zhejiang province as a role model.
