Established in 2004 and listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in October 2006, Shui On Land Limited is the Shui On Group's flagship property development company in Chinese mainland. 

Headquartered in Shanghai, Shui On Land is mainly engaged in the construction of high-quality residential, office, retail, entertainment and cultural properties in China. 

Hongqiao Tiandi (also known as The HUB), developed by Shui On Land, is a project set to mirror the success of the now-famous Xintiandi, an affluent pedestrian shopping, eating and entertainment district of Shanghai, which was also developed by the company.

The project consists of a 380,000 square meter commercial complex, including office space, a shopping mall, restaurants and recreational centers. It plans to benefit from the more than one million passengers that pass through the nearby Hongqiao transportation hub every day.
